Salad Wrap


Makes 2.

  • 1 tortilla wrap
  • 4 cucumber sticks
  • 1 lettuce leaf
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 carrot, grated
  • 25g cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise


  1. Spread the mayonnaise on the tortilla wrap and add the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Fold the sides of the wrap halfway towards the centre. Lift up the bottom edge of the wrap and move it towards the centre. Tuck your filling into the wrap as you roll it up. Continue folding the wrap until you reach the end.
  3. Cut the wrap in half diagonally.


This makes a great base to add to. Try it with cooked chicken, ham, sweetcorn, tuna, or anything else you can think of!
