Ingredients

  • 4 crumpets
  • 4 tsp of tomato puree
  • 8 slices of wafer thin ham
  • 4 tomatoes, sliced thin
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill and toast the crumpets for 30s each side.
  2. Spread a teaspoon of tomato puree on each crumpet.
  3. Top with 2 slices of ham.
  4. Arrange tomatoes on top.
  5. Grill for another 2-3 minutes.

Swap

Instead of tomato puree, use butter.
