Fishfinger Sandwich

Fishfinger Sandwich


  • 8 slices of bread
  • 16 fish fingers
  • Margarine or butter


  1. Heat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6.
  2. Place fish fingers on a baking tray and cook for 15 minutes. (Greaseproof paper will help them to not stick)
  3. Butter your bread.
  4. Once cooked, place the 4 fish fingers onto a slice of bread and top with another piece of bread.


Use salad cream instead of margarine, or add tomato ketchup!
