Bacon and Egg Bagel

Bacon and Egg Bagel


  • 4 Bagels
  • 4 Eggs
  • 8 rashers of bacon
  • Oil
  • Margarine/Butter (Optional)


  1. Gently fry the bacon rashers or grill under a medium heat. Cook until crispy, turning over halfway through.
  2. Heat a little oil in the frying pan and fry the eggs.
  3. (Optional) Toast the bagels and spread some butter or margarine on them.
  4. When both the bacon and eggs are cooked, lay them onto your bagel and enjoy!


You can grate some cheese to add to your bagel.
