Cheesy Coleslaw

Cheesy Coleslaw


  • 1 tsp reduced calorie mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp low-fat Greek style yoghurt
  • Handful of white cabbage, shredded
  • 1 small carrot, grated
  • 2 spring onions or 1/4 of a white onion, chopped
  • 20g cheddar cheese, grated or chopped small


  1. Mix the mayonnaise and yoghurt in a bowl.
  2. Add the vegetables and cheese. Mix.

The coleslaw keeps well in the fridge so make it the night before!


Serve in a pitta bread, on it's own or with some ham or chicken. Or try mixing it with pasta, cooked and allowed to cool.
