Chicken noodle stir fry

Chicken noodle stir fry


  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 4 mushrooms sliced
  • 320g bag of mixed stir fry vegetables
  • 2 servings of dried noodles
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Splash soy sauce
  • Teriaki sauce/oyster sauce (optional) 


  1. Add noodles to a pan of boiling water, stir and then simmer for 4-5 mins or until noodles are soft.
  2. Chop the onion and mushrooms.
  3. Cut the chicken into strips.
  4. Add the oil to a hot wok and add the onions, chicken and mushrooms, fry until almost cooked.
  5. Add the bag of stir fry vegetables and a splash of soy sauce stirring all the time while cooking.
  6. Add the noodles and a tablespoon of sauce of choice.
  7. Stir and Serve


Use prawns or quorn chicken pieces instead of chicken.

Change the sauce to suit your taste there’s lots to choose from.
