Ingredients

  • 400g pasta
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 medium onion, peeled and diced
  • 200g tuna, drained
  • 185g sweetcorn
  • 2 tins chopped tomatoes
  • 2 dessert spoons tomato puree
  • Salt and pepper optional for seasoning

Instructions

  1. Put pasta in a pan and cover with boiling water, cook until pasta is soft
  2. In a separate pan add oil and then add the onions and fry for 3 minutes
  3. Add the tuna, sweetcorn, tomatoes, tomato puree, cooked pasta and seasoning.
  4. Heat for around 10 minutes and then serve.

Extras

Top with ready salted crisps or breadcrumbs and grated cheese. Pop back in oven until melted or brown.
