Banana and Oat Pots


  • 85g oats
  • 30g sugar
  • 2 bananas
  • 400ml natural low fat yoghurt


  1. Pre-heat the grill to medium.
  2. Sprinkle oats on a baking tray with the sugar.
  3. Grill gently for 3-4 minutes, turning every minute until golden and crisp.
  4. Mash the bananas and mix with the yoghurt.
  5. Layer the mixture into 4 tumblers/bowls with the toasted oats.
