Banana Split Pops

Banana Split Pops


  • 2 bananas
  • 4 cherries
  • 4 lollypop sticks
  • 1 bag of choc chips
  • Rainbow sprinkles
  • Can of whipped cream


  1. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Peel and cut the ends of each banana to level the sides, cut in half.
  3. Insert a lollypop stick into each banana and place onto the baking tray. Freeze for 2 hrs.
  4. Empty the chocolate chips into a bowl and melt in the microwave (or over a pan of simmering water).
  5. Dip the top of each frozen banana in the chocolate. Place back on the baking sheet and freeze for 15 minutes until hardened.
  6. Top each pop with whipped cream sprinkles and a cherry.


You can use any fruit you like on top, not just cherries. Try it with strawberries!
