Banana & Orange Oat Bars

Question:
Banana & Orange Oat Bars
Answer:

Ingredients

  • One and a half ripe bananas
  • 40ml or 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 75g or 1 cup of rolled oats
  • (Optional) 50g of dried fruit like raisins or cherries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C/Gas Mark 3 and line a baking tray with grease proof paper.
  2. Mash the banana in a bowl with a fork. Add the orange juice and mix well. Add the oats and mix together well. (If you wish to add dried fruit, do so now).

  4. Repeat with the rest of the mixture. You should get about 10 bites in total.
  5. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Allow to cool on a wire rack.
