• Food businesses urged to be aware of their responsibilities in ensuring allergy information is clearly communicated to customers.

• Reminder ahead of Food Allergy Awareness Week, which starts Wednesday 20 May.

• Rules also apply to home-based businesses and those selling at local markets.

Staffordshire firms honoured in King’s Awards for Enterprise

• Two Staffordshire businesses have won a King's Award for Enterprise this year.

• Companies Woolcool, from Stone, and Lynguard Limited, from Chesterton, both won in the International Trade category.
