How much does it cost?

There is no cost for registering your organisation with us.

How do I register?

Please note: When registering you must send copies of the following documents:

  • In all cases: Proof of public liability with minimum cover of £5 million for any one claim with no limit on the number of claims.
  • For skips and waste disposal services: Proof to waste transfer licence
  • For scaffolds: Proof of qualification to erect, maintain and dismantle scaffolding.
  • For excavations on the highway: Proof of NRSWA 1991 accreditation with a valid NRSWA card.

Once you have copies of all the relevant documents for your organisation, please complete the organisation registration form (90 KB) and email the completed form and documents to nmu@staffordshire.gov.uk or post it to:
