Build your confidence and independence with this wellbeing course that will help you to progress with everyday skills. Travel safely, cook simple meals, shop smartly and stay safe online to live more confidently.

This course is designed for beginners who've never used a computer before. We'll guide you through the basics, giving you the skills you need to feel confident in today's digital world.

Explore the joy of creativity through inspiration from nature. Over the four weeks, you will develop a tool-kit of creative, nature-based activities, exercises and ideas to support stress reduction through boosting creativity

Art for wellbeing - progress your sketching and drawing

Improve your wellbeing and explore your creativity with this lovely sketching and drawing course which helps you progress your skills, adding colour and texture to your artwork. It's a fabulous, gentle way to start the new year.

Going wild for random acts of kindness week

Linking in with the Random Acts of Kindness Week, we are inviting families to get involved with fun, flexible, hands-on activities to show kindness to our planet, to our communities and to ourselves.
