You have the right to be confident about how we handle your personal information. We try to meet our statutory duties and good practice in how we handle your personal information, respond to your personal information requests and requests that you make in relation to your other personal information rights.

If you are unhappy with how we have responded to your request for information, how we have dealt with a request relating to your other information rights, or how we have handled personal information you have the right to make a complaint or raise a concern.
The Information Commissioner’s Office recommends that you should initially contact us as soon as possible if you wish to raise a concern or make a complaint.

We will aim to respond to your concern or complaint within 20 working days of receipt. If you are unhappy with our response you can raise your concern or complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
