Staffordshire Safer Roads Partnership

Staffordshire Safer Roads Partnership

The Staffordshire Safer Roads Partnership (SSRP) is a partnership between public sector organisations within Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent who want to make our roads safer.

The main partners are:

  • Staffordshire County Council
  • Staffordshire Commissioner’s Office
  • Staffordshire Police
  • Stoke-on-Trent City Council
  • Staffordshire Fire & Rescue Service
  • National Highways

The SSRP identifies opportunities to work together and ensure road safety delivery is as efficient and effective as possible.

Since the Partnership was set up in 2001 there has been a significant reduction in the number of collisions resulting in injury in Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent. This will have been influenced by a range of factors, but work undertaken across the Partnership has also played a key role.

Our roads, let's make them safer
