If an answer to a part of the CON29 is required, two options are available:

• obtain information free of charge under Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR) using our range of resources and online map search, please see below.
• submit an online application, there is a charge for this service and current turnaround time is 15 working days. We may need to adjust this given volume and resource levels.

Request for information under Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR)

The EIR requires local authorities to make available the information required to answer the CON29 search. To help reduce administration in submitting individual EIR requests, we aim to publish this information on our website. We also have FindmyStreet for further information.

If you cannot find the information you need, please submit a freedom of information request online or email your request to: accessinformation@staffordshire.gov.uk. Please note, a response may take up to 20 working days.
