Answer:
The programme is for children and young people aged 5 - 16 years who receive benefit related free school meals.

Eligible children and young people in receipt of free school meals will be able to attend free holiday activities, providing healthy food, fun and sports, during the school holidays. If your child is eligible, they should receive a unique HAF registration code.

Answer:

You should have received a letter directly from their school, and an email from Staffordshire County Council with your child’s unique registration code. You will need this code to access the programme and register your child/ren.

Answer:

If you have lost your child’s registration code, please contact either your  child’s school or district Family Hub.

Answer:

If you think your child is eligible but you haven’t received any information, please contact your child’s school in the first instance or Family Hub. Failure to notify could result in your other bookings being cancelled.
