Building on the success of the Holiday, Activities and Food (HAF) Programme, we are now seeking to provide Grants to organisations to deliver the HAF Programme for the 2024/25 School Holidays. We are seeking to provide eligible children and young people the opportunity to access the HAF Programme. We are seeking applications from Providers who can deliver the Full HAF Programme (four hours per day, for four days of the week during the Easter /winter and for up to 5 weeks during summer school holidays) which includes a range of enriching activities with a hot, nutritious, and healthy meal. We are also seeking providers who can offer HAF Light (two hours or more) of enriching activities with a hot, nutritious, and healthy meal. Applications have been redesigned to allow applicants the opportunity to bid for all three holidays, two or just one of the three holidays.
Delivery dates for the HAF programme are as below:

As the previous HAF Programmes clearly demonstrated, we can only do this by working together with our communities and organisations across the statutory (including our schools), private, community and voluntary sector.
We are inviting organisations to apply for Grants to facilitate the delivery of the HAF Programme across Staffordshire as described above.
