Our EOF Training Partners and Your Data
The Early Outcomes Fund is publicly funded and has several initiatives to improve young children’s speech, language and communication. There are opportunities for early years settings in Staffordshire to engage in training and courses that will help staff improve the key skills of children.
Information sharing and what we do with your details
Practitioners will be invited to book on courses either direct with the training provider or through our Early Education and Childcare Team.
Delegate information will be used in line with GDPR and our policies for use of data and will not be supplied to other parties other than the relevant training provider. The information we collect will be used, but may not be limited to, is as follows:
- Name of person / delegate, role and early years setting
- Contact telephone and / or email provided by the delegate which could be the setting or the personal contact information if this has been supplied by the delegate.
The information collected on delegates could be shared with external third party providers applicable to the training and will be used solely for the provider to confirm attendance and for monitoring and evaluation purposes to ensure that funding is used appropriately and courses can be shaped to have an impact.
Managers who are booking places on behalf of practitioners have the responsibility to inform practitioners their contact information could be shared with training providers.
Case studies and outcomes
Practitioners could be contacted to share what they have learned and how this has been put into practice and improved outcomes for children. Information will form part of case studies that will help shape future learning and training resources.
