  • Provider agreement 2020-2021 (442 KB)

    • Please note - this current agreement has been extended by addendum. This is currently on a termly roll over until the DFE update the Statutory Guidance. The addendum advises on some procedural changes. Addendum 2022 - 23 (279 KB).

  • EY portal -  user guides on how to submit claims, perform assisted applications for 2 year places and 30 hour checks
