Looking After Yourself - A Better Me

Promote positive health and wellbeing. This course is based around animals, cooking, nature, gardening, woodworking and creative rural crafts with lots of practical learning activities and ways to promote independence.

Preparing for Volunteering

Unlock the benefits of volunteering in this course! Learn how to apply, write a standout cover letter, and gain hands-on experience with a volunteering placement. Get involved and give back to your local community!

Preparing for Work

This course will help you to increase your chances of securing a job by updating your existing skills, refreshing your curriculum vitae as well as gaining valuable work experience.

Floristry and Plant Science

This course will cover a wide variety of floristry techniques to reflect changing seasons. Plant Science will underpin practical work. Shared reading and practical visits will be included in the course.

Woodwork & Construction

This course will cover a wide variety of construction techniques including woodwork, lathe work, joinery, using hand tools, plasma cutting, welding and metalwork.
