• The long-awaited Staffy Trail is expected to generate at least £600,000 for Staffordshire's visitor economy.

• The trail, featuring 10 Staffy sculptures and 40 mystery stops, is expected to attract more than 30,000 visitors.

• Spanning multiple locations, the Staffy Trail will be the first of its kind in the region.

• £400k road works start 7 April and will last around 4 weeks
• Works include repairs to kerbs and ironwork, then full resurfacing on Walsall Road
• Traffic lights will be in place 7–17 April, with overnight closures from 20 April (diversions signed)

• Families can enjoy a range of Easter activities at Cannock Chase and Chasewater Country Park.

•Events include environmental games, creative crafts and the imaginative “Chase Creatures” experience for children aged 5–12.

• Books range from thrillers to cook books to children's stories, all of which can be found in the county's libraries.

• Libraries also act as hubs for local communities and access points for many services and groups.

• Trading Standards warns of Easter food with banned ingredients

• Many products unsafe due to harmful ingredients, unlawful labelling or missing allergy information

• Advice includes only buying from reputable sellers, check packaging and be wary of heavy discounts

• Robin Hall appointed Cabinet Member for Economy and Skills.
• He replaces Martin Murray, who is now Leader of the Council.
