• Carers Week runs from 8 to 14 June and recognises carers across country

• Staffordshire residents aged 40 to 74 invited to free NHS Health Checks to find out their 'heart age'

• The checks are delivered by Everyone Health Staffordshire and help spot early signs of various medical conditions

• Sessions run from 4 to 30 June at various locations in Staffordshire

Staffy Trail already generating up to £180,000 for local economy

• More than 6,000 people are estimated to have explored the Staffy Trail so far.

• The trail is estimated to have generated up to £180,000 for the economy through visitor spending.
