Requesting, replacing or removing equipment, and moving home

Request new equipment

Contact Staffordshire Cares on 0300 111 8010. We’ll pass your details to Occupational Therapy. If you meet Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) eligibility, we’ll arrange an occupational therapist to visit and assessment.

Request a replacement or removal

Stairlifts

Removal is the owner’s responsibility (unless the client is under 18).

Moving home

Fixed equipment cannot be moved to a new property. If you’re moving, call Staffordshire Cares on 0300 111 8010 to arrange a new assessment for your new address.
