Emergencies, warranty and manufacturers

Emergency and out‑of‑hours (where the client or equipment isn’t on our records)
If the manufacturer says the warranty has expired and Lift & Engineering Services Ltd has no record of the person or equipment, they will still attend in an emergency or out of hours. Please also email FEMT: fixedequipmentmanagementteam@staffordshire.gov.uk. 

If your equipment is still under warranty

The manufacturer is responsible for servicing and repairs. Warranty periods vary — please check your paperwork or contact the manufacturer directly.
