How to apply and what happens next

  1. Contact Staffordshire Cares on 0300 111 8010.
  2. We’ll do an initial needs assessment to check the work is necessary and appropriate.
  3. We’ll refer you to the right service or to your district/borough council to progress a Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG).

If you live in East Staffordshire or Cannock Chase, you’ll be put in touch with your local council directly.
