This is a free 6-week cycling for health and wellbeing programme. These cycle rides will include trail and cycle path riding at a leisurely pace and will include the opportunity for a pit stop in nature to take time to pause, breathe and just be… Maybe start to notice the seasons change.
Bring a flask of hot chocolate to enjoy when at pit stops to immerse yourself in nature and the present moment. A great activity to do with a friend…
Also, a great opportunity to get out and ride, boost your confidence, meet new people and have fun.
