Celebrating Green Libraries 

Staffordshire Libraries are going green in May to explore themes around taking positive action for climate change and promoting care for the environment.

We have a range of activities and events taking place to make Staffordshire Sustainable, find out more about whats happening near you by visiting Staffordshire Connects

Stafford Libraries and Arts Service have signed up to the #GreenLibraries Manifesto hosted by CILIP in partnership with Arts Council England, British Library, Libraries Connected and Julie’s Bicycle. This manifesto sets our common values and commitments to drive transformational change for our planet and communities. Staffordshire County Council’s Strategic Plan highlights climate change as one of its key principles and this proposal aims to focus on how we can creatively & collectively increase climate change awareness & encourage behavioural change. Climate change - County Council
