We welcome feedback about the services we provide and commission. We can use this to inform, review and where necessary improve our services. The easiest way to give us your feedback is by using the online forms below.
We are currently experiencing problems with our telephone line number 0300 111 8004 and as a result, some calls are not coming through to the team. If you are unable to use the online form or email facility to make your complaint, please telephone the council's main number 0300 111 8000 and ask to be put through to our team. Work is being carried out to fix this problem as quickly as possible and we are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please note that our team is available by telephone between 10am and 2pm only.
