This virtual professional learning session will provide a structured opportunity for high‑quality professional dialogue focused on assessment within the Early Years Foundation Stage Profile (EYFSP). Delivered online, the session will explore the recently published DfE materials and consider how these can be used effectively to strengthen practitioner confidence and ensure greater consistency when making and recording EYFSP judgements. Opportunities for discussion, reflection and shared understanding will be embedded throughout the session.
By the end of the virtual session, participants will:
- Develop an awareness of key EYFSP data headlines from 2025
- Engage in professional dialogue and collaborative discussion, using DfE materials to support clarity and consistency in best‑fit judgements
Be informed about key requirements and guidance relating to completion of the EYFS Profile and data submission for 2026
