School Terms and Holiday Dates 2028/2029

Action: To note the school terms and holiday dates for 2028/2029 and to inform staff, parents and the wider school community at the earliest opportunity.
On the Staffordshire Web are the agreed school terms and holiday dates for the academic year 2028/29.
In line with usual practice, dates have been determined following discussions with the Joint Advisory Committee (Primary and Secondary) during the autumn term and taking into account the dates set by our neighbouring authorities.
Although academies, free schools, foundation schools and voluntary aided schools continue to have freedom over their school terms and holiday dates, they are strongly encouraged to take note of the dates set by the local authority.
