How can Skills Bootcamps help with recruitment?

Skills Bootcamps are a useful way to support recruitment. They can help you fill current vacancies and plan for future roles, including staff progression.

The Bootcamps focus on key skills needed in our area, including:

  • Engineering
  • Digital technologies
  • Professional services

If you are an employer, you can meet and interview learners while they are completing their training. This gives you early access to people who are ready for work.
