Bootcamps for Learners
Skills Bootcamps are free courses that can last up to 16 weeks. They help people learn new skills for jobs.
These courses can help you do better in your job, change to a new job, or find work. They can also help people who work for themselves meet new people.
Our courses are designed to teach skills that local employers need. This means you learn things that can help you get a job.
We offer different types of courses. You can find the full list in the ‘All Skills Bootcamps’ section.
Who are the Skills Bootcamps for?
Skills Bootcamps are for people aged 19 and over who live or work in Staffordshire or Stoke-on-Trent.
You can join if you have a job (full-time or part-time), work for yourself, are looking for a job, or are coming back to work after a break.
The courses are free for learners. Sometimes employers may need to pay part of the cost.
If you do not have a job, you will get a guaranteed job interview at the end of your course.
After you finish, you will get help to move forward. This can include:
- Help with your CV
- Support and advice
- Coaching and mentoring
