Dimsdale Parade West (B5369)
Staffordshire County Council is investing £210,000 to carry out structural maintenance on Dimsdale Parade West (B5369) in Newcastle-under-Lyme.
When are the works taking place?
Work starts on Monday 19 January 2026 and will last for around two weeks, weather permitting.
When will the works be completed?
We expect the work to finish by Friday 30 January 2026.
Will I be able to access my home/business?
The road will be closed to through traffic during resurfacing.
Access for residents and businesses will be maintained where possible, but delays are likely.
Please follow the signed diversion route.
What effect could the works have on me?
- Expect delays during working hours.
- There may be noise from machinery.
