Apply - section 50
Applications must be made by the landowner. Any applications submitted by anyone other than the landowner will not be accepted or processed.
Before starting your application, please ensure you have the following documents and information available:
- A plan clearly showing the point of connection.
- A plan clearly showing the location and proposed route of the asset.
- Adoption agreement from the relevant Statutory Undertaker if the asset is to be adopted
If you are installing more than one asset/connection, a S50 licence is required for each asset/connection being installed unless this is a combined connection.
