PETITION: Proposed closure of Chase Road, Brocton
Thank you for submitting your petition regarding the Chase Road consultation, noting your objections to potential closure of the road and wish for it to remain open for access to all.
We are awaiting the finalised report outlining the outcomes of the consultation from the Cannock Chase SAC Partnership and we will consider the views expressed through your petition alongside the consultation responses in determining next steps.
We do understand the strength of opinion on this matter, and will carefully consider how we balance the needs of access for all in our communities with the need to conserve and enhance the Chase’s legally protected habitats and wildlife.
