Why work with us?

We are here to facilitate and support development, using your valuable knowledge of the children to inform our approach. By working together, we can support you in enhancing your practice, empowering you with the right tools, strategies and recommendations to meet the needs of all children in your care.

We promote the importance of early identification of children’s needs that enables you to put timely support in place and encourage partnership working with health and other agencies to ensure that children and families get the right support at the right time.

Our support is fully funded. We provide the most appropriate support based on the individual needs of each child and early years provider to ensure that settings receive maximum support to improve outcomes for all children.
