Staffordshire will move to very high COVID alert level on 2 December

What can we help with?

The easiest way to report an issue is using Report It. Our online form will allow you to send a report directly to the highways team for attention. Depending on the options you choose, the system will also alert the team if the fault is an emergency.

If the issue is not something we can deal with, Report It will tell you if you need to contact a different organisation.

We can help with:

We can't help with:

  • Abandoned vehicles.
  • Fly tipping.
  • Dead animals on the highway.
  • Leaves on the highway.
  • Litter collection and road sweeping.
  • Street name plate maintenance.

Please contact your district or borough council to report or enquire about any of the above.
