Report a highways issue
For all highways reports, including emergencies, please report them online.
Out of hours emergencies
If you need to report an emergency issue outside of our normal operation hours (Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm, including bank holidays), please see our out of hours guidance.
Check on an existing report
If you want an update on an existing report, please visit Report It and enter your reference number into the box provided. You will be able to view the status of the report and you will also have the opportunity to report again if the issue has got worse.
