Focus groups

During your course, we may visit your group to do a focus group activity. This is an opportunity for you to tell us about your experience. Sometimes the activity has a specific theme, such as digital skills or inclusion.

Progression Survey by telephone

We may telephone you after the end of the course to find out what you have done since you finished your course. We use the information to find out if the course has helped you achieve your long-term goals.

How do we use this feedback from you?

We review all your feedback to find out if your experience met your expectations.  If there are any concerns, we follow this up with our contracted partner to put this right.

We also identify what worked well and what we could do better to help improve the learning experience for other adult learners.
