Inclusion

We want you and everyone on your course to feel welcomed and comfortable and have the support you need to achieve.

We asked our learners about their values during focus groups. They told us their values were based on friendship, kindness and respect, including helping nature.

Our service values are:

  • Equality and Inclusion
  • Working with partners
  • Working to meet local needs
  • Continually developing and improving our service
  • Focusing on positive impacts for our learners
  • Sustainability

In our most recent focus group, 95% of learners said we live up to these values. Learners told us they feel welcomed on their courses, that they are respected and feel that their values and different needs are met.

For more information about your rights and responsibilities, and support we can give you, please see your Learner Handbook

We ask you to work respectfully with other people in your group, and agree some ways of working together. In return, we will welcome everyone, we will challenge any behaviour that is not respectful, and we will support everyone according to their needs.
