The helpline runs on Tuesdays in term time, usually in the mornings.
To request a helpline call, please email: EYSENIS@staffordshire.gov.uk with the subject title ‘Tuesday helpline’.
You can include a brief message of your query and the name and contact number of who to call. You can email at any time and request are collated for the next helpline date.
Each Tuesday, a member of the team will operate the helpline.
Note; if Tuesdays are not a suitable time to call back, please note this in your email and as far as reasonably possible we will try to accommodate your request.
