We deal with complaints related to the health and welfare of livestock:

• On farms
• In livestock markets
• Abattoirs
• In transit

We can often resolve consumer complaints without having to involve the individual or business concerned.

If a complaint appears to be justified we may need to investigate. We will contact direct the farmer or business involved to resolve the issue.
