Introduction to Social Media Training
This training video is available to everybody in Staffordshire, particularly voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations and wider partners.
Social media is the easiest way to reach out and inform communities about what you do and to promote your organisation, but not all of us realise how easy it can be to use.
If you want to start this journey, then learn about how to set up and use these tools safely and effectively.
In the session you will:
- Identify how to set up and manage a Facebook social media account and examine other social media platforms
- Reflect on the principles of data protection and privacy laws, relevant to social media use
- Discuss the use of WhatsApp for communication and collaboration within your organisation
