Put the lid on tight and store leftover paint for patching or using in other areas.

Residents may take up to 10 x 2.5 litre paint pots (or equivalent volume) once every six months. Paint from businesses and trade cannot be accepted.

Paint which is still liquid or any solvent based paint, liquid or hardened should not be placed in the kerbside general waste bin. Some councils may allow tins with small amounts of dried water based paint, please check with your local borough or district council.
All waste placed in your rubbish bin is taken to one of Staffordshire’s energy recovery plants.
