The SPD holds responsibility for maintaining the data and must record any changes to the floor plan, condition, suitability, size or use of accommodation in all Staffordshire schools.
Where a project is procured via internal consultants, SPD or DSD, the District Officer will ensure the correct information is passed to the officers responsible for updating the AMP.
Where schools self manage projects, the school is responsible for the provision of information detailing precisely what issues within the AMP data have been addressed and passing such information over at the regular termly visits from the SPD.
