How do I book?
Eligible families receive a HAF code by e-mail or letter from Staffordshire County Council with instructions on how to make a booking.

How many sessions can children attend?
Children can attend:
- Up to 4 sessions during Easter
- Up to 16 sessions during Summer
- Up to 2 sessions during October half term
- Up to 4 sessions during Winter
Availability of sessions may differ by activity and provider
If your child can no longer attend a session, please let the provider know as soon as possible so another child can take the place
Repeated non-attendance without notice may affect future bookings.

What happens to the information I give?
We use your details to confirm your child’s participation in the HAF programme.
Some information may be shared with trusted partners to support the delivery of the programme.
Only the minimum necessary information will be shared.
