Middle School road safety
Overview
We offer 1-hour workshops to some middle schools these can be classroom based or in the hall.
Please email roadsafetyeducation@staffordshire.gov.uk to see if your school is eligible.
Year 5: Safer Journeys
This session focuses on the importance of looking, recognising and managing distractions and identifying and managing hazards.
Year 8: Stepping up to high school
This session focuses on planning a safe route and identifying risks. Allows students to formulate strategies to handle peer pressure as a cyclist or pedestrian.
