A Staffordshire delegation will return to the UK Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) in Leeds next May, promoting the area to more than 16,000 attendees.
The three‑day event runs from 19 to 21 May 2026 and brings together councils, government, investors, developers and industry leaders.
A joint Staffordshire offer
The delegation will attend as We Are Staffordshire, including:
- Staffordshire County Council
- Seven district and borough councils
- Stoke‑on‑Trent City Council
Together, they will promote key investment opportunities across the county and city.
Key projects and strengths
Focus areas include:
- Town and city centre regeneration, including Stafford’s Eastgate
- Growth along the A50/A500 corridor
- Major sites such as Chatterley Park and Central Edge
The delegation will also highlight the area’s skilled workforce and growing technical and entrepreneurial talent.
