A highways improvements scheme at Madeley Park in Newcastle has been completed.
The £500,000 county council scheme on Park Wood Drive included the resurfacing of the road along with repairs to kerbs and ironworks.
Daryl Eyers, Director for Economy, Infrastructure & Skills at Staffordshire County Council, said:
“This was an important scheme for the area and it’s great to see the work completed.
“Crews not only resurfaced the road but also completed a number of important repairs to some damaged gully grids, drains and kerb stones.
“I’m sure people who use the road will notice the difference and we thank everyone for their co-operation during the works.”
